Accessory Dwelling Units and Non-Required Fences – Meeting

You are invited to a meeting to provide your input on potential amendments to the Dallas Development Code that may have some bearing on residential neighborhoods. City Council Committees have been discussing accessory dwelling units and non-required fences. The meeting will be an opportunity for staff to receive initial thoughts and concerns regarding these topics.  If code amendments are pursued, staff will continue to solicit your input throughout the process.

Accessory Dwelling Units refers to additional dwelling units on single family lots. The briefing to the City Council Housing Committee can be found at the following link:
